The best way to reserve The Wedding Officiant for your wedding is to make a deposit or payment. You can just call us or email us to set up a meeting with Reverend Joplin.
After receiving your deposit or payment in full, you will contacted to set up an in-person meeting or phone consultation, whichever you prefer. Note, your wedding date is officially reserved only upon written confirmation, which is normally sent within 24-48 hours. We look forward to helping you create one of the most beautiful days of your lives.
Retainer: Deposits are not refundable but are transferable to another date if done prior to two week before the booked date. If paid in full, a refund (minus the $100 deposit) will only be issued if canceled prior to two week before the booked date.
If you need our services for more than an hour due to delays, additional fees may apply. If we cancel and are unable to perform your ceremony all of the money you paid will be refunded. The balances of all fees are due before the ceremony takes place. If you cancel your event less then 4 days prior to your booked time and do not transfer to another date you will owe the entire ceremony fee.
On time/Overtime: It is vital that our Officiant starts when they are scheduled at your event. Our Officiants often times have multiple bookings and it is imperative that they start at the designated time to stay on schedule as being delayed could affect their next event. You may be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes the Officiant has to wait past the scheduled time.
Gratuity: A gratuity for Officiant is optional and left up to the client and is appreciated. Travel beyond 20 miles from the selected Officiants home base area is extra.
Travel fee will be based on locations.21-34 mile Travel Fee $25
